The Elysée Hotel Hamburg is a modern corner hotel located in the Harvetsehude quarter of Hamburg, 1.5 kilometers from the market square and town hall. The 305 air-conditioned guestrooms have a bright, neutral décor with beech furnishings. All come equipped with cable television, complimentary toiletries, Internet connections, minibars, and safes.
Guests have a choice of three restaurants at the hotel. The Piazza Romana is devoted to Italian cuisine including fresh fish and anti pasti whilst the Brasserie Elysée offers international dishes in a French setting. Guests can take tea at the Boulevard café where homemade cakes are a specialty. For evening entertainment, the Bourbon Street Bar has a laidback New Orleans theme where a live jazz pianist is on hand on the weekends. The hotel offers its own spa which includes an indoor pool and sauna and a range of fitness equipment. Guests can also pamper themselves at the health and beauty center where a number of treatments including massage, solarium and jetted tub are available. There are also a number of function rooms, suited to both business and social gatherings. Audio-visual equipment is available for conferences and other meetings requiring presentation facilities. Art lovers need not travel far as the hotel has its own gallery, showcasing a number of German painters. For more culture around the city, the Opera House is 500 meters from the hotel and the Thalia Theater 1.5 kilometers. Hamburg Fuhlsbüttel Airport is nine kilometers from the hotel. Bus no.110 runs every 10 minutes to Ohlsdorf U-Bahn Station, which links to anywhere in the city center. There is also an airport bus shuttle service operated by Jasper.
Please Note:
The Elyseum wellness & spa on the first floor of the Elysée is being expanded to approximately 1,000 square metres. The new facility will have a pool, fitness equipment and a sauna village. The renovation will begin in May, 2005. For a few months, the wellness centre will not be available. It will reopen in the autumn in new splendour and with even better facilities for fitness and beauty.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS
From Hamburg Fuhlsbüttel Airport, take Holtkoppel, then continue along Wittekopsweg. Turn right onto Wischöfen then right again onto Langenhorner Chausee and continue for one kilometer. Join Alsterkrugchausee for a further four kilometers and then Rosenbrokk/B433 for 350 meters. Turn left onto Tarpenbekstraße and continue along Lenhartzstraße and then Eppendorfer Baum. Turn right onto Klosterstern and take the first exit at the roundabout for Rothenbaumchaussee.
